（5）社會(huì)實(shí)踐 Social Practice

    　　社會(huì)實(shí)踐包括在校內(nèi)擔(dān)任助教，助研，在校內(nèi)外從事業(yè)余工作（part-time Jobs）、暑期打工（Summer Jobs）和畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)等等。如果這些社會(huì)實(shí)踐同你應(yīng)聘的工作有密切的關(guān)系，把它們寫出來(lái)便可以顯示自己的意志、勤奮、責(zé)任感、能力和獨(dú)立性。例如：

    　　September 1988 to July 1990, Teaching Assistant at South China Normal University. Responsible for correcting seniors English compositions and term papers.

    　　1988年9月至1990年7月，在華南師范大學(xué)擔(dān)任助教，負(fù)責(zé)修改本科四年級(jí)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)作文和學(xué)期論文。

    　　Summers 1987 and 1988, Waitress at Dong Fang Hotel: Apart from routine waitress responsibilities, acted as an assistant manager in charge of training waiters and waitresses.

    　　1987年和1988年夏天，在東方賓館當(dāng)女侍應(yīng)：除了擔(dān)負(fù)日常侍應(yīng)職責(zé)之外，還充當(dāng)助理經(jīng)理，負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)男女侍應(yīng)生。

    　　From 1991 to 1992, served as a governess, helping a high school student with his maths and biology, twice a week.

    　　自1991年至1992年，當(dāng)家庭女教師，輔導(dǎo)一名中學(xué)生的數(shù)學(xué)和生物，每周兩次。

    　　Graduation Practice: Working as a public relations girl at the White Swan Hotel (from April to June 1993)

    　　畢業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)：在白天鵝賓館當(dāng)公關(guān)小姐（1993年4月至6月）。

    （6）課外活動(dòng) Extracurricular Activities

    　　在學(xué)歷中寫出你在校園里參加的各種課外活動(dòng)，可以讓雇主看到你的才能、愛好、修養(yǎng)、成熟和健康狀態(tài)。

    課外活動(dòng)主要包括以下幾種活動(dòng)：

    　　a. 體育活動(dòng) (Physical Activities)，例如：

    　　Captain of the university basketball team. 大學(xué)籃球隊(duì)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)。

    　　Player of the college volleyball team. 學(xué)院排球隊(duì)隊(duì)員。

    　　Goalkeeper of the university soccer team. 大學(xué)足球隊(duì)守門員。

    　　Won the first place in mens one-thousand-meter race at the university student sports of Jiangsu Province in 1987. 1987年在江蘇省大學(xué)生體育運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)中獲男子1000米跑第一名。

    　　Won championship in womens five-hundred-meter swimming race at the college sports meet in 1991. 在1991年的校體育運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)中獲女子500米游泳賽冠軍。

    　　b. 文娛活動(dòng)（Recreational Activities），例如：

    　　Voilin (piano, etc.) player of the university orchestra. 校樂隊(duì)小提琴（鋼琴等）演奏員。

    　　Member of the college choir. 校合唱隊(duì)成員。

    　　Member of Bridge Club. 橋牌俱樂部成員。

    　　Won the first place in the university chess contest in 1992. 1992年獲全校象棋比賽第一名。

    　　Won the runner-up in the college dancing contest in 1994. 在1994年全校跳舞比賽中獲亞軍。

    　　c. 學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)（Academic Activities）例如：

    　　Editor of Campus Life, a weekly. “校園生活”周報(bào)編輯。

    　　Editor of Journal of Graduate Studies. 《研究生學(xué)刊》編輯。

    　　Chairman of Kangle Poetry Society in 1993. 1993年任康樂詩(shī)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)。

    　　Won the third place in all Guangzhou English Oratorical Contest in 1989. 1989年全廣州英語(yǔ)演講比賽獲第三名。
